well all first years can do Minny quests and 2 and up can do regular quests. But, what will they do. There is no united states to travel through? Like you don't have the states for them to be in. So what will happen? Souldn;t there be states? And you could have them in sub category's so the main would be southeast,northeast,Mideast,Midwest,southwest, and Northwest. So what do you think?
